Bacardi has rolled out a 30%-abv flavoured range for its Grey Goose vodka brand. Available in Strawberry & Lemongrass, White Peach & Rosemary and Watermelon & Basil variants, the Essences range is made with “natural” flavours and ingredients that are blended with cold-distilled botanicals and Grey Goose vodka, Bacardi said.

Grey Goose’s existing flavoured range is 40% abv and also contains zero sugar.

“Spritzes and mindful drinking have been growing trends, and with consumers increasingly trying their hand at mixology, we knew there was an exciting opportunity to create a distinctive liquid that would take the guesswork out of mixing light tasting and delicious cocktails at home,” said Grey Goose’s global marketing VP, Martin de Dreuille.

Bacardi has made several changes to its spirits leadership team within the past 12 months. Last February, the company named former Diageo executive Kathy Parker CMO for both Patron Tequila and Grey Goose vodka, before appointing seven-year Bacardi veteran Mauricio Vergara president & COO of Patron in October.
