Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co. (CCHB) has completed its acquisition of Romerquelle, the Austrian mineral water company. The purchase is part of CCHB’s strategy to broaden its portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages.
The acquisition includes production facilities at Edelstal and Pottsching, and the Romerquelle and Markusquelle mineral water brands.
