By GlobalDataAustralian wine exports have reached 400m litres for the 12 months to May 2002 and in value terms hit the growth milestone of A$2 billion (US$1.14 billion) is within reach according to the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation. Its May report shows export volume at 402m litres, growth of 19% over the year to May 31 compared with 2001. Value in the same period was A$1.9 billion, an 18% increase.
