Coca-Cola could be facing a law suit from the Australian rock band The Vines, after the group claimed that an image that looked like its lead singer Craig Nicholls appeared on limited edition cans in the country.
The limited edition cans used images of DJs, dancers and singers. A representative of the band said they believed the image looked like Nicholls.
“Neither Craig Nicholls nor The Vines gave permission for Craig’s image to be used in Coca-Cola’s `You Know You Want It’ Collect-A-Can campaign,” the spokesman said.
Coke haven’t made a comment.
