September is traditionally the peak month for overseas sales to meet Christmas-New Year demand. The Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation reported today that this result helped drive moving annual total sales to new records of 438m litres, up 81 million litres or 23% on the same period 12 months ago. The value was A$2.1 billion, up 25%.
