Quilmes Industrial, the Luxembourg-based holding company which owns the Argentinean brewer, Quinsa, has said that that an international arbitration panel has rejected all but one of the grounds raised by Heineken for a preliminary injunction prohibiting completion of Quinsa's merger with the Brazilian drinks group, AmBev.
