Waterloo Brewing Co has released a new flavoured expression from its Seagram cider brand.
The White Peach iteration, a seasonal variant on Seagram Craft Apple Cider, is made with Ontario apples and white peaches and fermented with Champagne yeast. The launch also debuts a new packaging look for Waterloo’s cider offerings.
Seagram White Peach Cider, which is gluten-free, is available in 47.3cl cans from Waterloo’s Ontario store ahead of a further roll-out to retailer Liquor Control Board of Ontario and selected grocers in the province from next month.
Waterloo, which changed its name from Brick Brewing Co in 2019, launched Seagram Apple cider in 2012.
In June, the company invested CAD13.4m (US$10.6m) in upgrading its production facilities that would double its can line capacity.
