Beam Inc has released details of its latest dividend payment.
The Jim Beam producer announced the US$0.225 payment on its common stock yesterday (22 January). The dividend will be paid in cash on March 3 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 6, the group said.
Last week it was revealed Beam has agreed a deal to be acquired by Japanese group Suntory Holdings for US$16bn.
In October, the US group said it was on course for a strong end to its financial year despite a weak Q3.
