The Greek soft drinks group, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC), has completed its merger with its 100%-owned subsidiary, Cretan Bottling Company. The merger has been approved by the Greek Ministry of Development.

CCHBC operates in 11 European countries and is the exclusive bottler of Coca-Cola products in all except Russia and Romania.
