Bordeaux wine trader Antoine Moueix-Lebègue, which has been in judicial administration since the start of the year, has seen its rescue plan accepted by a commercial court in Cognac, subject to approval by its creditors and banks.

The plan centres on financial and commercial agreements with firms in other French wine-growing regions. Champagne producer and businessman, Patrick Doquet has informed the court of his interest while there are also contacts with Marne et Champagne and Burgundy trader Boisset, to participate in the floating of Moueix-Lebègue.
