Figures released yesterday show a drop in Brazil’s exports of frozen concentrated orange juice in October.
The Trade Ministry’s foreign trade secretariat announced a drop of 5.5% to 101,000 tonnes from 107,000 tonnes for the same month last year.
Exports were also down on September’s figure, which was 118,000 tonnes. Cumulative exports for 2003, however, were flat at 835,000 tonnes.
