Australia’s juice producer Berri, which is the subject of a takeover attempt by Coca Cola Amatil, reported sales of A$505m in the 12 months to June 2002, up from A$474m the previous year.
According to figures in the Sydney Morning Herald reported, which cited financial statements lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Berri achieved a pre-tax profit of A$990,000.
