Responding to criticism on social media is tough. You've got to engage the consumer without starting an argument and - ideally - get them on side. And all in front of thousands of other consumers.

So what do you do when someone takes to Facebook to lodge a silly and yes, quite funny, complaint about not being able to spray their boyfriend with a bottle of Lucozade Sport because the cap has changed?

You do this.
