Blog: Olly WehringKilchoman - the pipes, the pipes are calling

Olly Wehring | 15 September 2009

just-drinks had the honour of a day trip up to Scotland last week. The occasion was the official opening ceremony for Kilchoman distillery on the island of Islay.

The distillery is the first to be opened on Islay for over 120 years, and our best wishes for the future go to Anthony Willis and his team.

As part of the ceremony, the distillery's first single malt Scotch whisky release was piped in - you can hear it here.
