Zoho members will now have access to hundreds of regional and broadline food and beverage suppliers, including seven of the top ten U.S. broadliners, vastly increasing Zoho's supplier and distributor network to service the hospitality industry, which spends $150 billion worldwide on procurement each year. Instill will now be able to offer a version of its Purchase Web service that is fully integrated with Zoho's Shop service, providing the hospitality industry an all-in-one supply marketplace.

Under the terms of the agreement, Instill will provide Zoho with exclusive access among the hospitality industry to its Purchase Web service and network of foodservice and beverage suppliers and distributors. Available immediately, Zoho members will have the option to access Instill's network to procure foodservice products, equipment, and non-alcoholic beverages. Instill will also be fully integrated into Zoho's marketplace, enabling a complete, seamless purchasing cycle from P.O. through order receipt, for Zoho members. Both companies project the integrated solution to be available in the fourth quarter of this year.
