Xanadu Wines has completed its 1-for-2 share issue. The company announced the closure of the issue of 78.01m shares at A$0.09 each to raise A$7.02m yesterday. The issue closed on 4 June.

A total of 37.3m shares were accepted by shareholders, with a further 24.06m shares being taken up by other applicants. The remaining 16.65m shares were allocated to general shortfall applicants.
