WX Brands has added a Cabernet Sauvignon to its Bread & Butter Californian wine portfolio.

Bread & Butter Cabernet Sauvignon joins Bread & Butter's Chardonnay and Pinot Noir offerings. The wines all carry an RRP of US$14.99 per bottle.

The winery said the release is in time for "summer grilling season", with a wider roll out expected this Autumn.

The Cabernet Sauvignon carries a 2016 vintage and is described as "classically-styled and approachable".

Bread & Butter Wines are part of the WX Brands portfolio, which also includes Jamieson Ranch Vineyards Portfolio (Double Lariat, Reata, Whiplash and Light Horse), Chronic Cellars, Jelly Jar, Our Daily Wines, Orleans Hill and Echelon.
