Willamette Valley Vineyards has reported a delay in the filing of its form 10-KSB for the end of 2007.

The US winery said late last week that it has experienced a filing delay and, because of this, its securities are subject to delisting from The Nasdaq Capital Market.

Willamette  will request a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to review the decision, however they have been informed that "there can be no assurance the panel will grant the company's request for continued listing".

The winery added that it expects to file the Form 10-KSB "as expediently as possible".

Willamette Valley Vineyards produces approximately 130,000 cases annually that are distributed throughout the US, Canada, and the Pacific Rim.
