Emperador has moved the Harveys and Fundador brands from Maxxium UK to its Scotch whisky unit, Whyte & Mackay.
The Philippines-based brandy producer, purchased the sherry and brandy brands from Beam Suntory last November as part of a deal worth EUR275m (US$291.4m). The new arrangement comes into play from 1 April.
Earlier this month, Beam Suntory moved the UK distribution of its Sauza Tequilas, Larios Premium 12 gin and Kilbeggan and Tyrconnell whiskey brands from Maxxium to Conviviality's Catalyst Brands.
Mark Riley, MD of Maxxium UK said: "This new agreement allows us to focus resources on our leading global whiskies, Cognac and vodka brands to drive accelerated, sustainable and profitable growth for the long-term health of the spirits category."
As well as the Harveys and Fundador brands, Emperador's deal with Beam Suntory included the Terry and Tres Cepas brands and production operations in Jerez and Tomelloso, Spain.
Emperador acquired Whyte & Mackay from Diageo-controlled United Spirits for GBP430m in 2014.
