Vermont Pure Holdings plans to finally issue formal Q2 figures this week. The company said on Friday (1 July) that it now anticipates filing its second quarter Form 10-Q, together with the necessary amendments to its 2004 Annual Report on Form 10-K, on or before this coming Friday.

On 21 June, the company announced a delay in the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter to 30 April as a result of the need to restate certain advertising expenses in previous years. "Management believes that the restatement for this issue will not materially impact the results of operations or financial position for the periods reported.," the company said.

Work restating its Consolidated Financial Statements is proceeding. The Consolidated Financial Statements affected by the restatement cover the Company's fiscal years ended 31 October, 2002, 2003 and 2004 and its first fiscal quarter to 31 January, 2005.
