VentureNet.com Inc.(a Delaware corporation) Friday announced that it has signed an agreement with White Diamond Spirits Inc. to provide $750,000 in working capital.

White Diamond Spirits (the company) was incorporated in July 1998 under the laws of the State of Nevada for the purpose of acquiring and carrying on the business of White Diamond Importers LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company.

In April 1999, the company acquired 100% of the Member Interest of White Diamond Importers LLC, in exchange for 2.4 million shares of the company's common stock. Durand crystal shot glass affixed to the top of each 750 ML bottle.

Brilliant Vodka is five-times distilled, three-times filtered, using the finest wheat grain and the purest water from the highlands of Scotland.

As of November 1999, the company has entered into Wholesale Distributor Agreements which have resulted in purchase orders and delivery product to Arizona, California, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada and Texas. The company is also approved for distribution in British Columbia, Canada.
