Russian brewer, Vena, has said that it will be signing a loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for EUR82m next month. The loan will fund Vena's plans to develop production, said executive director, Sergei Khudoleyev. The company is to invest $27m in expanding production capacity which will double to 240m litres per year.
