United Breweries has bought up the rest of Associated Breweries. The Indian company said today (4 April) that it has acquired the 35% of Associated Breweries and Distilleries Ltd. that it does not already own for INR240m.

Associated Breweries owns brands such as London Pilsner, London No.1 Strong and Maharaja Lager Beer.
