UBS has lowered its rating on Dutch brewer Heineken to 'reduce' from 'neutral.'

The investment bank said that the brewer has underperformed because it is overweight in developed markets, a trend that cannot be reversed by management change alone.

UBS maintained its price target, however, of €26 on Heineken's shares.
