The Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corp. (TTLC), formed when the Taiwanese state-owned tobacco and alcohol monopoly was privatised earlier this month, is to offer contract beer production to both Taiwanese and foreign beer companies in a bid to increase its competitiveness and utilise its full capacity.
