Wine company Terlato will import Burgundy's Château de La Tour wines in the US.

The deal, announced yesterday, also includes the wines of the Labet family, from Domaine Pierre Labet. Chateau de La Tour is owned by the Labet and Déchelette families. 

François Labet, who is president of Burgundy's Union des Grands Crus, said: "The Terlato family understands fine wine and winemaking, which is an important aspect for me, especially when working with Burgundy."

The Terlato portfolio comprises around 70 brands, including Champagne Duval-Leroy, Angostura rum and the recently-added Riondo Spago Nero Prosecco
