The French soft drinks and fruit juices group, Teisseire France SA, is not to be sold following the change of management late last month, the company's new CEO, Michel Collin, has announced.

Collin, 47, took over as CEO at the general shareholders' meeting on September 27, succeeding Francois Reynold who is now the company's chairman. Francois Reynold's son, Eric Reynold, owns a controlling 62% stake in Teisseire France.
