St Supéry Vineyards & Winery has appointed Emma Swain as president of its Napa Valley estate winery.

Effective from 2 March, Swain will report to CEO Michaela Rodeno in the newly-created position and assume responsibility for vineyard and winery activities as well for SFWAmericas, the winery's import division focused on the Skalli family's wines from the south of France.

Swain spent 17 years at Sonoma-based Sebastiani Vineyards and Niebaum-Coppola, the company said today (4 February).
