Southcorp Ltd has announced that after only four months in the role of chief executive and managing director, Tom Park is to step down. In a statement the company said that the reason Park's decision is because plans for the divestment of the water heater business are underway and the integration between Southcorp Wines and Rosemount is progressing well.
