The global consumption of soft drinks is growing by around 5% a year, with Asia, the middle East and Asia the key growth drivers, according to a new report. In a report entitled Global Soft Drinks 2002, drinks consultancy Zenith International, said total volume reached 412,000m litres in 2001, equivalent to 67.5 litres per person.
