Canada's Sleeman Brewers is to lose its second president in less than a year. David Meyers, president for only eight months is of to "pursue other opportunities", the company has announced. Chairman and CEO John Sleeman said in a brief statement yesterday that Meyers will be succeeded by Rick Knudson, who since 1997 has been managing director of western operations for Canada's third-largest beer company.
