The Norway-based Scandinavian Beverage Group (SBG) has acquired a minority share in one of the leading retail companies in Sweden, Ancrona AB, in an attempt to further strengthen its position across Scandinavia. The acquisition means that SBG now has a sales, marketing and distribution network covering the entire Scandinavian market, the only importer to have such a broad reach.
