Sangs Ltd has said that it is looking for a buyer after going into administration.

The UK soft drinks maker, which produces private label carbonated soft drinks, juices and MacB flavoured water, appointed Zolfo Cooper as administrator yesterday (16 January). Sangs had experienced "cash flow problems due to today's extremely challenging trading environment", according to the administrator.

Zolfo Cooper said it will continue to trade the Scotland-based company while "exploring all possible options for the future of the business, including a sale as a going concern". It asked for potential buyers of the business to step forward.

Sectors: Soft drinks, Water
