San Pedro is poised to add to its Chilean wine range - this time with two Argentinean offerings.

The company said today that it will launch a 2006 Pinot Grigio and a 2006 Shiraz as part of its 35° South portfolio.

Both wines come from Finca La Celia, the Mendoza winery which is part of San Pedro, and will come in new-look packaging. They are bottled under screw-cap and will be available through Morrisons supermarkets at GBP4.99 (US$9.42) each.

"These two new products represent a very exciting step for 35º South," said Diego Mohammad of Finca La Celia.  "Our Shiraz and Pinot Grigio are the first steps in a new wave of innovation from Finca La Celia and represent our new strategy which is to use this very successful brand to trade consumers across into Argentina."
