The Czech brewer, Starobrno, posted sales in the first half of 2002 of CZK480.9m, up 9% on the first half of 2001. The company said that sales volumes of its Starobrno and Hostan brands increased by 3.9% to 379,347 hls. The company's exports grew by 33% to 19,363 hls.
