Pop idols S Club 7; have been chosen by Britvic as the new faces of Pepsi in a new and exclusive sponsorship deal.

Pepsi has yet to announce all of their plans for the group but they will feature on pack and in-store promotions, allowing consumers to win prizes, which will include exclusive S Club 7 CDs and VIP concert tickets.

"We have chosen S Club 7 as the new faces of Pepsi as they fully optimise the 'Ask for More Spirit', showing their talent for performing, not only through music but also through acting," said Britvic category director, Andrew Marsden.

"We see a marked increase in category and brand volumes during our music campaigns and a huge response to the promotions. We are maintaining the appeal of Pepsi among consumers and our customers will see a real benefit from the added value, increased awareness and credibility that S Club 7 will create," he added.

Pepsi's long-term association with the pop world includes the Pepsi chart and it has also enjoyed partnerships with some of the biggest names in the pop world including Robbie Williams, Ricky Martin, the Corrs and the Spice Girls.
