The company has established exclusive distibution deals with Republic National Distributing Co (RNDC) in 21 states, Young's Market Co in ten states, Breakthru Beverage Group (formerly Wirtz and Charmer Sunbelt) in seven states and soon-to-be formed Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, in three states.

The majority of the deals see no change to Remy Cointreau's distribution footprint in the country, with the exception of three mid-Atlantic markets including Maryland, Washington DC and South Carolina, where the company will move distribution to RNDC.

The company said some of its distribution relationships span three decades.
