Radeburger Gruppe is looking to restructure its newly-acquired beer maker Brau und Brunnen. The German brewing company said that the extensive restructuring should bring an end to losses shown by its new subsidiary.

Radeburger has also said that it is looking to acquire more German breweries going forward.

The company currently has a 15% share of the German beer market, but is aiming for an increase to '20% plus' by 2008.

Management at Radeburger said that, while it is a major player on the German beer market, it remains small by international standards.
