Polmos Lublin has set a price range for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The privately-owned distiller, which is rumoured to be teaming up with Diageo to buy Polmos Bialystok, said yesterday (31 January) that shares will be available on the Warsaw Stock Exchange for between PLN45 and PLN58 each.

Polmos Lublin is controlled by Polish entrepreneur Janusz Palikot. It holds 43.3% market share for vodka domestically, according to AC Nielsen.
