Japanese soft drink producer Pokka has said it will sell all its equity holdings in a wholly owned US subsidiary to Coca-Cola Co in December. It announced that 1,000 outstanding shares of Pokka USA Inc, based in American Canyon, California, will be sold to the US soft drink giant for US$53m on December 30th, bringing in estimated capital gains of ¥3.7 billion.
