The Croatian food group, Podravka, is reportedly to sell its 40% shareholding in the Panonska Pivovara brewery for in excess of €10m (US$8.7m). Currently the Danish brewery Carlsberg and the Danish Investment Fund for Central and Eastern Europe jointly hold a 60% stake in Pivovara.
