Pernod Ricard USA has lined up a handful of gift packs for the holiday season.

The US unit unveiled the promotional offerings yesterday (10 October), and hopes the packs will keep Pernod "top of mind and offer consumers shopping convenience during the hustle-and-bustle of the holidays".

Liqueur Kahlúa will be available either in a holiday gift box or with two glasses. The 750ml offering will be backed by pole toppers, shelf talkers and acrylic recipe cards. Kahlúa Especial will be available in a pack that includes a martini chiller. Stolichnaya, meanwhile, will be offered with two shot glasses or with a 750ml bottle packaged with four 50ml bottles of different Stolichnaya flavours. The Stolichnaya 750ml and 1-litre along with the 750ml of Stoli Blueberi, Stoli Ohranj, Stoli Vanil, Stoli Razberi and Stoli Peachik will be available in gift wrap packages.

Over at Chivas Regal, the Chivas 12-Year-Old 750ml will come with two glasses, the Chivas 12-Year-Old 1.75-litre with four coasters, the Chivas 750ml will be packaged in a holiday tin and the Chivas Royal Salute 750ml will be available in a wooden box. Beefeater London dry gin will be offered with two Collins glasses (750ml) with the 1.75-litre bottle coming with a cocktail shaker.

The 750ml version of Jameson Irish whisky will come with six coasters, while Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon will be available with two glasses for both Wild Turkey 101 and Wild Turkey Rare Breed. The Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whiskey will also come with two glasses.

While Martell VS and VSOP will both come with two glasses, Martell Cordon Bleu will be available with two snifter glasses. The company is also backing its Martell Noblige with point of sale materials during the holiday season.

Don Pedro and Azteca de Oro brandies will also be available in gift packs that include two glasses, while Hiram Walker Peppermint Schnapps will come with a 50ml Stolichnaya necker.

"We have stayed true to the premium personality of our brands while creatively packaging and marketing them for the holidays - an effort to help stimulate consumer purchases and drive awareness of our brands with our consumers and retail customers," said Angelo Vassallo, vice president of marketing services at Pernod Ricard USA. "Colourful packaging and striking point-of-purchase materials are sure to make our brands stand out above the rest during the most spirited time of the year."
