Pernod Ricard has launched a global TV ad for its Jacob's Creek wine that highlights the brand's Australian heritage.

The “Made By” campaign launches this month and shows the lives of people working at the Jacob's Creek winery in South Australia's Barossa Valley. “This new campaign takes consumers deep into our story, to show them what we’re really ‘Made By’,” said Derek Oliver, global marketing director for Jacob’s Creek.

The TV ad will be supported by in-store, digital and PR activations, with the main markets being Canada, China, Australia and the UK. 

In Pernod's FY results released in August, sales of "premium" wine brands - including Jacob's Creek, Brancott Estate, Campo Viejo and Graffigna - were collectively flat while volumes fell by 1%.
