The Our/Vodka Our/Detroit site, which was the second venture in the Our/Vodka initiative, opened in August 2014. David Mizrahi, Our/Vodka CEO & global brand director, told just-drinks that the Detroit site closed in late 2018.

"We started Our/Detroit with an open mind and during the four years we were in business, we were passionate about lifting the Detroit story to the world," Mizrahi said. "Unfortunately, in 2018 we had to make the tough decision to discontinue the project by the end of that year. From our perspective, Our/Detroit has been a successful endeavor; we've learned so much and gotten to love the city and its people."

There have been several changes to the line up of cities for Our/Vodka.

Last May, Pernod Ricard opened Our/New York - claiming the first distillery in Manhattan since Prohibition. New York joins Our/London, Our/Berlin and Our/Los Angeles.

Our/Los Angeles opened in 2016, the same year the company closed Our/Vodka Seattle, due in part to increased competition in the city. The site was open for around 18 months.

"In terms of new openings, we're currently evaluating next steps as we fine-tune our model to support the next growth phase of Our/Vodka," Mizrahi added.

Our/Vodka was founded in 2010. The project, under the umbrella of Pernod Ricard, opened its first distillery in Berlin in 2013.
