Pernod Ricard has made several changes to its global marketing team as part of its "internal promotion and mobility policy".

Colin Kavanagh will become VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at The Absolut Company from 15 November

Colin Kavanagh will become VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at The Absolut Company from 15 November

Xavier Beysecker, currently VP marketing, Absolut at The Absolut Company will become VP digital of Pernod Ricard Asia, from 1 November. Beysecker will be based in Hong Kong and report to Philippe Guettat, chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard Asia.

Beysecker will be charged with ensuring the group's digital strategy in Asia is aligned with the company's global vision. 

Craig Johnson, currently VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at The Absolut Company will become VP marketing, Absolut at The Absolut Company, from 1 November. Johnson will report to Paul Duffy, chairman & CEO of The Absolut Company and will be a member of the management committee.

Colin Kavanagh, currently marketing director of Pernod Ricard Brazil will become VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at The Absolut Company from 15 November. Kavanagh will also report to Duffy and he will be a member of the management committee.

The company said Kavanagh's replacement at Pernod Ricard Brazil will be announced in due course.
