Pernod Ricard has confirmed the appointment of Anne-Claire Rodary as marketing director for its Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët business.

The wine and spirits company said yesterday (4 February) that Rodary started in her new post at the beginning of this week, replacing Eric Benoist, who has moved to Pernod's Chivas Brothers unit where he will head up the marketing department.

Prior to her time at Pernod, Rodary, aged 51, has worked at Procter & Gamble and Danone Waters. In 2003, she became commercial marketing and communication director for Mumm Perrier Jouët at Allied Domecq and, after Pernod acquired Allied became a senior marketing category director.
