PepsiCo has declared its quarterly dividend. The soft drinks giant's board of directors announced on Friday (19 November) that the quarterly dividend would be $0.23 per share on its common stock.

The dividend will be payable on 3 January next year to shareholders of record on 10 December this year.

Earlier this month, PepsiCo reaffirmed its 2005 and long-term financial guidance of mid single-digit volume and net revenue growth, and low double-digit EPS growth.
