PepsiCo is looking to unveil its first major marketing programme in the UK for Gatorade, its energy drink which dominates the US market.
According to a report in this week's Marketing magazine, PepsiCo hopes to build on the brand's position as the official sports drink of the England football team and the Football Association.
The report added that PepsiCo wanted to sign an official beverage deal with Manchester United from next year.
