Soft drinks bottler PepsiAmericas said on Friday that Kenneth E. Keiser, its president and COO, has terminated his stock trading plan early.

A statement said he would end the plan today prior to its scheduled termination in December 2005. 

The terms of the trading plan permitted this termination, the company said.
