PepsiAmericas has confirmed details of its latest dividend payout.

The company, which is the second-largest manufacturer, seller and distributor of PepsiCo beverages, said yesterday (15 October) that its board of directors have declared a fourth quarter 2009 dividend of US$0.14 per share on its common stock.

Payment will be made on 4 January next year, to shareholders of record on 15 December.

Back in August, PepsiCo reached a deal to buy out PepsiAmericas and Pepsi Bottling Group, after raising its offer to $7.8bn.
